When is the best time to enter Machu Picchu?

In the dry season (April-October), we recommend entering Machu Picchu as early as possible to avoid the crowds. A good alternative is in the afternoon, as there are less people. In the rainy season (October-March), it’s best to enter in the late morning or early afternoon, as in the morning tends to be foggy.

Can I be dropped off at the airport after the tour on the last day?
